INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING RE-EVALUATION OF ANSWER BOOKS
If a candidate feels that his/her Answer Books have not been fairly evaluated he/she may
apply to the Registrar,
Pracheen Kala Kendra, Sector 35-B, Chandigarh on the prescribed form accompanied with
detailed marks card and
evaluation Fee as below
- Bhushan Parts I to III (Each part) Rs. 150 per subject
- Visharad Parts I & II (Each part) Rs. 200/- per subject per paper
- Bhaskar Parts I & II (Each part) Rs. 250/- per subject per paper
(i) The prescribed form duly filled in by the candidate neatly must reach the Kendra
along with detailed marks
card within 30 days of the declaration of the result of the Examination centre
where-from he/she appeared. No
form will be entertained thereafter even with late fee Late procurement of form shall
not be entertained as a
plea for its late submission in any case.
(ii) Only one application form should be used for one subject.
(iii) All the entries should be complete and correct in all respects. The office will not
be responsible for the
delay/rejection of the case if the form is not complete in all respects or not
accompanied by full fee and
detailed marks card. No, change in the entries once made by the candidate shall be
allowed after the receipt of
the application by this Kendra.
(iv) Re-evaluation shall be permissible in case of all the Examinations conducted by this
Kendra.
(v) The result of re-evaluation will be communicated to the candidate soon after it is
declared. No interim
communication to this effect will be entertained. The candidate is, however, advised to
plan his/her future
programme in accordance with the original result already communicated to this office
till it is actually
superseded by the result of re-evaluation.
(vi) The result of a candidate will be changed on re-evaluation only if the character of
result is changed
(character means "fail" to "pass" or vice-versa, change in Division, in aggregate or
position in the merit
list).
(vii) The result re-evaluation whether favourable or unfavourable, shall be binding on
the candidate who applies
for re-evaluation.
(viii) No further re-assessment shall be allowed after the award by the re-evaluation has
been received.
(ix) No refund of fees shall be admissible.
However, where an application is rejected on account of being time-barred or
inadmissible, 75% of the amount paid
will be refundable.
The application will be entertained in the prescribed form.
