Exam Rules & Regulations:-

Examination Modes:

  1. Offline Mode:

    • Months: June & July, December & January (Normal sessions)
    • Eligibility: Applicable to all enrolled students.
    • Centers: Exams will be conducted at designated centers. The institute can arrange different district/state-wise exam centers if necessary.
    • Guidelines: UGC Exam Guidelines will be followed.
  2. Online Mode:

    • Months: June & July, December & January (Normal sessions)
    • Eligibility: Applicable to all enrolled students.
    • Guidelines: UGC Exam Guidelines will be followed.
    • Platform: Exams will be conducted through a secure online platform provided by the institute.
  3. On-Demand Exam Mode:

    • Eligibility: Available for external/blended students.
    • Scheduling: Exams can be scheduled based on the student's convenience within a specified timeframe.
    • Guidelines: UGC Exam Guidelines will be followed.
    • Centers: Exams may be conducted online or at designated centers, depending on student requirements.

Examination Guidelines:

  1. General Rules:

    • All students must carry a valid admit card and a photo ID to the exam center.
    • Students should arrive at the exam center at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.
    • Mobile phones, smartwatches, and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited in the exam hall.
    • Any form of malpractice or cheating will result in immediate disqualification and disciplinary action.
  2. Online Exam Specifics:

    • Students must ensure a stable internet connection and a functional device (computer/laptop) with a webcam.
    • The exam platform will monitor students for any irregularities during the exam.
    • Any technical issues should be reported immediately to the exam support team.
  3. On-Demand Exam Specifics:

    • External/blended students must apply for on-demand exams at least 15 days in advance.
    • The institute will provide the schedule and guidelines upon approval of the application.
  4. Result Declaration:

    • Results will be declared within 30 days after the completion of exams.
    • Students can access their results through the institute's official website.
  5. Re-evaluation:

    • Students can apply for re-evaluation of their exam papers within 10 days of result declaration.
    • A nominal fee will be charged for the re-evaluation process.
